The Tubs Long Beach Concert reviews
Great to see these guys on the road again.
Classic concert featuring two legendary bands that have stood the test of time. The Tubs, led by the over-the-top Demon Gene Simmons and charismatic Starchild Paul Stanley, were in great form as always. Motley Crue impressed with their gravity-defying drum antics, explosions, fire, and a fantastic light show. The audience was treated to a high-energy setlist, including the rarely played bonus track "Strutter." Blood and fire spitting Simmons, Stanley, Singer, and Thayer delivered a performance that hit all the high spots. Overall, the concert was very good, offering more than just music with female companions on stage. The only thing missing was a larger setlist from The Tubs' previous tour, showcasing songs from their entire career like "Beth," "I Was Made for Loving You," and "Cold Gin." Who could resist such a show?
